“I am originally from Alma-Ata, but currently live in Toronto. I am finishing Masters in Telecommunications Engineering at the UofT this year. In addition to engineering, in my spare time, I also like to play piano and hope to learn guitar someday… I am interested in music, cinematography, and photography.
I am happy to be involved with organizations like Altyn Muras, that promote charity and cultural development related to our Central Asian homeland. Even though not a regular member, I would always be delighted to help them in achieving their noble goals.”
Georgy Kapustin:
“… A recent York University graduate, who is holding degree in accounting. From early age, had a true passion for computers and high tech gadgets so that’s why my life landed me into software development industry. In future planning to manage big software development projects and earn a big buck. Beside accounting and computers, I like photographing people especially when it helps them to realize how beautiful they are. The one thing which most people would never image about me is that I love listening Korean and Japanese music.
Moving to Canada help me to realize there are so many good people who come from many parts of former Soviet Union. Some of the great people who I met are from Central Asia. They made me feel as if I was always been as a part of their community and because of them, I feel very proud when I help them supporting and promoting their cultural heritage.”
Alexos Koorales:
